i found the staff friendly and helpful. breakfast was good and the location central, close to main attractions. the building had a nice, old-fashioned charm. canal tours are very close and many sights are within walking distance!
there were quite a few stairs and no lift.

I was charmed by my stay. The location allowed simple access to attractions. The staff was friendly, providing quick service when needed. My room had a great atmosphere, feeling clean and fresh, it.
My room was quite small. It would be beneficial if there was more space for luggage, I was slightly inconvenienced.

mixed feelings about canal side stay

rusty radiatorsee through curtains
the room was quite small and did not look so good as it did on the website. rust was all over the radiator. curtains were see through. the room was smaller than expected too. it was too noisy. i could hear everything in the room upstairs.
